ORACLE FUSION FINANCE TRANSFORMATION CONSULTANT

Key requirements:

• Proven experience delivering Oracle Fusion Finance transformations preferably migrating from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion.
• Strong knowledge of Finance Shared Services Procurement Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable General Ledger Fixed Assets and Record-to-Report processes.
• Ability to design and document future-state (to-be) processes aligned to Oracle Fusion best practices minimizing customization and process exceptions.
• Hands-on experience in business process mapping and documentation with BPMN knowledge preferred.
• Act as the primary business representative between Finance Shared Services Procurement ICT and the Oracle System Integrator.
• Support the System Integrator in solution design configuration validation CRP workshops and business decision-making.
• Lead or support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including test scenario development test script creation defect management and business sign-off.
• Support change management training business readiness and go-live activities.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage Finance leadership process owners and technical teams.
• Experience in Shared Services transformation and standardization of finance and procurement processes is highly desirable.
• Experience working in large-scale ERP or transformation programmes with structured governance and stage-gate delivery.
• Fluent English required; Arabic would be an advantage.
• Needs to be physically present on site in Jeddah

Ideal Profile

• 10 years in Finance Transformation ERP Transformation or Shared Services Transformation.
• Multiple Oracle Fusion Finance implementation or migration projects completed.
• Background in Finance Accounting Shared Services or Procurement transformation.
• Comfortable operating as a functional lead business analyst process architect and testing lead within the same programme.
