Job Responsibilities:
Provide healthcare services to patients undergoing dialysis treatment.
Monitor patients vital signs and overall condition during dialysis sessions.
Operate and maintain dialysis machines ensuring proper functionality.
Follow infection control protocols and adhere to safety standards.
Offer emotional support and educate patients about their medical condition.
Collaborate with the medical team to ensure optimal patient care.
Education: Bachelors or Diploma in Nursing.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a dialysis unit.
Skills:
Ability to manage and operate dialysis equipment.
Strong communication skills to interact with patients and medical teams.
Capability to handle highpressure situations and make quick decisions.
Good understanding of infection control procedures and patient safety measures.
