Qualifications
- Bachelors in Nursing
- 7 years experience incl. 3 years as Head Nurse
- Masters/Diploma in Management (preferred)
- Strong leadership & managerial skills
- Dataflow required; Saudi license a plus
- Fluent in English
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire nursing staff ensuring high standards of patient care
- Advocate for patients and families with dignity and respect
- Manage unit resources budgets and performance plans
- Drive continuous improvement and evidence-based practice
- Oversee patient education programs and staff development
- Conduct meetings appraisals and support recruitment/retention
- Foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams
