ملخص الوظيفة
Responsibilities:
- - Review project specifications and BOQ to identify material requirements.
- - Prepare and compile Material Technical Submittals for consultant/client approval.
- - Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to collect technical data sheets certificates and samples.
- - Maintain and update the Material Submittal Log (MSL) and Material Tracker.
- - Follow up on submitted materials and coordinate responses to consultant comments.
- - Ensure all submittals are in the required format and meet project standards (LEED fire rating etc.).
- - Support procurement by confirming approved materials.
- - Coordinate with site and factory teams to ensure materials align with approvals.
Education: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
Experience: 3-4 years experience in material submittal preparation in construction or joinery.
Skills:
- Good time management skills
- Able to handle multiple demanding tasks at one time
- Good attention to detail
- Committed to delivering best practice Health & Safety
- Good understanding of project specifications and submittal processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel Word and PDF editing tools.
