The Role

As a Manager Ocular Health Pharma Account Management you will play a key role in driving sustainable business growth across strategic pharmacy accounts in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for developing and executing account strategies building long-term customer partnerships and leading sales initiatives across both Ethical and Over-the-Counter (OTC) channels.

This position requires a commercially focused leader who can identify growth opportunities negotiate with key decision-makers manage forecasts and lead a high-performing field team to deliver exceptional business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute medium and long-term account plans to protect grow and diversify business within assigned pharmacy accounts.
• Build strong partnerships with key customers and stakeholders while establishing long-term strategic relationships.
• Lead sales activities promotional initiatives and business development strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Identify cross-selling up-selling and repeat-sales opportunities within existing customer accounts.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and contracts with key account decision-makers.
• Analyze customer performance market trends and competitive activities to identify opportunities and risks.
• Monitor evaluate and manage sales forecasts and investment plans to ensure business targets are achieved.
• Ensure alignment with customer plans and identify new initiatives that support growth and profitability.
• Hire coach and develop Medical Representatives/Product Specialists to maximize performance and customer engagement.
• Drive excellence in customer service by proactively resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and timely reporting CRM updates and administrative requirements.
• Monitor industry developments competitor activities pricing intelligence and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Pharmacy Life Sciences Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in Key Account Management Pharmaceutical Sales or Healthcare Sales.
• Strong understanding of pharmacy channels customer management and account planning.
• Demonstrated experience in sales forecasting business planning and performance management.
• Strong negotiation relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the ophthalmology pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Knowledge of Saudi healthcare and pharmacy market dynamics.
• Experience managing national or regional key accounts.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven sales management approaches.
