Maintenance Engineer ECT

Key Responsibilities

• PM Optimization:Evaluate the effectiveness of current Preventive Maintenance (PM) tasks and update schedules to minimize over-maintenance or under-maintenance.
• Performance Tracking:Monitor key reliability metrics such as Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) to identify systemic issues.
• Regulatory Compliance:Ensure all maintenance activities comply with local state and federal safety and environmental regulations (e.g. OSHA EPA).
• Audit Support:Participate in internal and external audits to ensure maintenance records and safety protocols are strictly followed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Electrical Electro-mechanical or/and Mechatronics or related fields.
• Fresh graduates up to 2 years of experience
• Strong mechanical or electrical aptitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel)
• Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics.

• Possesses a strong command of Excel and the analytical ability to move beyond fixing things to understanding the why behind failures (MTBF/MTTR).
• High attention to detail strong desire to learn and the ability to work in a collaborative fast-paced industrial environment.
• Able to interpret complex technical diagrams and schematics accurately ensuring that maintenance is performed according to design specifications.
• Evaluates the effectiveness of Preventive Maintenance (PM) tasks with the goal of eliminating wastereducing unnecessary downtime while ensuring equipment health.
