Logistics Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Logistics Manager to lead site logistics planning and coordination for the Terminal 6 Substructure Works package at King Salman International Airport (KSIA) Riyadh. Spanning an approximately 1250-metre-long terminal footprint with multiple concurrent work fronts across mass earthworks concrete pours and precast element installation this project presents significant logistical complexity further compounded by the presence of multiple contractors operating in close proximity across the wider site. You will plan and manage the movement of earthworks plant concrete deliveries and precast components ensuring materials arrive on schedule without creating congestion or delays to the construction programme. A key responsibility involves coordinating site access haul roads and laydown or storage areas across the site while carefully managing designated no-build zones to avoid interference with adjoining contractors mobilizing cranes and heavy machinery for subsequent project phases. You will oversee traffic management and delivery scheduling to minimize site congestion working closely with the Construction Manager and subcontractors to align logistics planning with daily site activities and broader programme milestones. Supporting materials tracking and enabling just-in-time delivery planning will help reduce on-site storage requirements and improve overall site efficiency. This role suits a logistics professional with strong coordination skills across construction procurement and subcontractor teams and prior experience managing complex congested multi-contractor sites ideally on airport or other large-scale infrastructure projects where interface management is critical to success.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years experience in construction logistics management on major projects
• Experience with large congested multi-contractor sites; airport project experience preferred
• Strong coordination skills across construction procurement and subcontractor teams
