What Makes This Role Great:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Development Representative (SDR) Saudi Nationals to join our Trimble Riyadh KSA this role you will be responsible for identifying qualifying and nurturing sales opportunities within the region. You will play a key role in the top of the sales funnel working closely with regional sales and marketing teams to drive pipeline growth.
Key Exciting Responsibilities
Identify and research potential customers within target markets using digital tools databases and industry events.
Reach out to prospects through calls emails LinkedIn and other channels to generate qualified leads.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria and hand them off to the sales team for follow-up.
Maintain accurate records of all lead and opportunity activities in CRM (e.g. Salesforce).
Collaborate with marketing teams to execute lead generation campaigns and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
Schedule meetings and product demos for sales executives.
Provide feedback on market trends customer needs and campaign performance.
Achieve monthly and quarterly KPIs for lead generation and conversion.
Essential Skills & Experience
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (Civil Engineering is a plus).
24 years of experience in Sales Development Lead Generation or Inside Sales (preferably in B2B technology or SaaS).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills fluent in Arabic and English
Nationality: Restricted to Saudi National Only (to meet Saudization quotas).
Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).Self-motivated goal-oriented and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with sales prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator ZoomInfo HubSpot etc.)
Bonus Points For:
Experience in construction technology or industrial solutions sectors.
Prior experience working in the Middle East region.

Location: Riyadh KSA - In Office
Travel Requirement: upto 25%
