Drive lead conversion by setting appointments qualifying prospects and coordinating follow-up to maximize booked meetings and improve conversion Performance Indicators: Book qualified appointments daily Increase lead-to-appointment conversion rate Improve show-up and reschedule rates Maintain accurate CRM lead tracking Achieve weekly outreach and call targetsQualifications: Proven appointment setting or sales development experience Experience with lead qualification and sales scripts Working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) Ability to hit targets in outbound calling environments Strong communication and persuasion skillsRequired Skills:CRM (Salesforce HubSpot) Dialer and call tracking tools Lead lists and data hygiene Email/sequence tools (Salesloft) Analytics for conversion metrics Persuasive communication Active listening Resilience and persistence Time management Coaching mindset and accountability
Qualifications :
Required Qualifications
- Proven appointment setting or sales development experience
- Experience with lead qualification and sales scripts
- Working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
- Ability to hit targets in outbound calling environments
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce HubSpot)
- Experience with dialer and call tracking tools
- Skilled use of email/sequence tools (e.g. Salesloft)
- Ability to use conversion analytics to optimize performance
- Demonstrated persuasive communication active listening and resilience
- Strong time management and accountability in a target-driven environment
- Coaching mindset to continuously improve processes and outreach
