High-End Turnkey Fit-Out Projects Middle East Experience Required

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Joinery Technical Manager to lead the technical execution of a high-end interior fit-out turnkey project in Saudi Arabia (KSA).

Location: Riyadh Saudi Arabia (KSA)

Availability: Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all technical activities related to joinery production and installation
• Review prepare and validate shop drawings cutting lists and material specifications
• Lead the coordination between design production and site teams to ensure accuracy and quality
• Ensure technical compliance with project requirements design intent and international standards
• Provide technical input and problem-solving support during design and construction phases
• Maintain documentation project records and technical reports

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of solid experience in joinery technical management
• Proven track record in high-end turnkey fit-out projects in the Middle East
• Expertise in joinery production materials and bespoke interior elements
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of SolidWorks is a plus
• Excellent leadership communication and coordination skills
• Degree or diploma in Architecture Interior Design or related field is an advantage
