ملخص الوظيفة
* Project Ownership: Lead technology projects from start to finish ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
* Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to define project goals and align across departments.
* MS Dynamics Solutions: Provide expertise to implement and integrate MS Dynamics with existing systems efficiently.
* Planning & Execution: Develop project plans allocate resources and track progress for successful delivery.
* Team Leadership: Lead mentor and support IT team members to foster collaboration and high performance.
* Budget & Risk Management: Manage project budgets identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement improvements.
Requirements
* Proven experience as an IT Manager with 5 year of experience a strong project development background.
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (CRM ERP).
* Strong project management skills across the full project lifecycle.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Project management certifications (e.g. PMP Scrum Master).
* Familiarity with cloud-based MS Dynamics solutions.
