Responsibilities:
- Oversee Support the implementation configuration and maintenance of IT infrastructure including networks
servers storage cloud platforms and data center environments. - Monitor infrastructure performance troubleshoot incidents resolve technical issues and support system
availability security and business continuity. - Contribute to infrastructure modernization upgrades integrations and enterprise architecture improvements to
enhance reliability scalability and cost efficiency. - Evaluate infrastructure solutions and vendor proposals prepare technical specifications and cost estimates and
provide recommendations for technology investments. - Maintain technical documentation monitor service levels and ensure compliance with approved IT policies
security standards and operational procedures. - Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues on implementing approved plans procedures and
recommendations related to IT infrastructure. - Collect analyze and interpret infrastructure performance data to prepare reports and support informed decision-
making. - Contribute to the design configuration and maintenance of IT infrastructure solutions in accordance with
business requirements technical standards and industrys best practices. - Conduct gap analysis between existing infrastructure capabilities and future business requirements identifying
areas for improvement and recommending appropriate solutions. - Apply established IT policies procedures and standards ensuring compliance with organizational objectives and
operational requirements. - Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends investigate issues and recommend improvements to
infrastructure performance and reliability. - Support business and technical data modeling activities to assess infrastructure requirements identify potential
risks and contribute to technology-related decisions.
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
- 35 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure network administration or server management.
- Experience working in the FMCG industry within a multi-site organization is mandatory.
- Experience supporting IT infrastructure across head offices branches and manufacturing facilities.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong knowledge of network and infrastructure administration.
- Knowledge of cloud computing and virtualization.
- Knowledge of IT security system availability and business continuity.
- Ability to maintain technical documentation and comply with IT policies security standards and operational procedures.
- Fluent in English.
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Engineering Science Food Science or another relevant field. 1215 years of relevant experience in QHSE or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in a strategic management or senior leadership role. Previous experience in the FMCG industry and within a manufacturing-based organization is mandatory. Strong experience overseeing multiple operational locations such as factories branches warehouses silos or distribution facilities. NEBOSH or OSHA certification is mandatory. Relevant ISO certification or auditing experience is preferred. Fluent English communication skills. Proven experience leading QHSE teams and managing substantial resources. Willingness to conduct field visits to factories branches warehouses and other company locations across Saudi Arabia.
