IT Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Engineer to support our IT operations across hospitality catering and food & beverage facilities. The ideal candidate will assist with technical support hardware software networks and daily IT operations while ensuring smooth and reliable technology services.

• Provide first-level technical support to employees and operational teams.

• Install configure and maintain computers printers POS systems and other IT equipment.

• Troubleshoot basic hardware software network and connectivity issues.

• Assist with user accounts system access and IT setup for new employees.

• Support network infrastructure Wi-Fi and basic system connectivity.

• Assist with POS and technology systems used in F&B and hospitality operations.

• Maintain IT equipment software and asset records.

• Follow IT security backup and data protection procedures.

• Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff or external vendors.

• Provide technical support across different locations when required.

• Perform other IT-related duties assigned by the IT Manager.

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.

• 02 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware software networks and troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with Windows Microsoft Office and basic networking concepts.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality and F&B environment.
