Inventory Specialist

Location: Riyadh

Website : Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems.
Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Receive inspect and record incoming materials and supplies.
Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
Track inventory movements including receipts transfers returns and adjustments.
Monitor inventory levels and recommend reorder quantities based on demand forecasts.
Prepare inventory reports and analyze stock trends.
Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures.
Support warehouse operations including organizing and labeling inventory.
Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
Assist in implementing inventory management best practices.

Requirements

Qualifications

Bachelors degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management Business Administration Logistics or a related field.
25 years of experience in inventory control warehouse operations or supply chain management.
Experience using ERP or inventory management systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics or similar).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
