JOB SUMMARY: Support daily plant operations with a focus on improving efficiency productivity andprocess performance.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential duties and responsibilities include thefollowing.

• Assist in analyzing production processes and identifying improvement opportunities
• Support implementation of continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Six Sigma)
• Monitor operational KPIs and prepare performance reports
• Participate in troubleshooting operational issues on the shop floor
• Work closely with engineering and maintenance teams
• Support documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs)

EDUCATION TRAINING EXPERIENCE:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Engineering Supply Chain Management OperationsManagement Industrial Engineering Mechanical Engineering Business Administration or arelated field.
• Strong academic foundation in areas relevant to the assigned department such as operationsengineering principles supply chain procurement inventory management manufacturing orlogistics.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Willingness to learn receive feedback and work in a professional industrial environment.

JOB KNOWLEDGE SKILLS ABILITIES:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint); knowledge of data analysis tools is a plus
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing operations or supply chain concepts is preferred
