HSE Trainer

Profile Summary:

Safety Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering safety training programs to employees in compliance with industry regulations and organizational standards. This role involves assessing training needs creating instructional materials and conducting workshops or seminars to enhance workplace safety awareness.

Duties and Responsibilties:

• Develop comprehensive safety training programs. Create training materials including presentations manuals and handouts.
• Deliver engaging training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels.
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions conducted attendance and certification of employees.
• Prepare reports on training activities incidents and safety performance metrics for management review.
  
  Experinec and Qualification:
  
• 05 years of international experience in a similar role preferably gulf experience. Education
• Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably in Engineering )
• Nebosh IGC & IOSH (Preferably Nebosh IDIP)
  
  Skills:
• Excellent in reading writing and speaking English.
• Ability to work well within a collaborative team atmosphere
• Technical proficiency.
• Proficient in data analysis for training
