Home Appliances Technician

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Home Appliances Technician to join our client s technical service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing maintaining and repairing a variety of household appliances including refrigerators washing machines air conditioners microwave ovens dishwashers and other domestic electronic equipment. This role requires hands-on technical expertise problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

• Install troubleshoot and repair home appliances at client locations.
  

• Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment.
  

• Diagnose technical faults and provide repair solutions in a timely manner.
  

• Replace faulty components and test appliances to ensure proper functioning.
  

• Keep detailed records of repairs parts used and customer feedback.
  

• Educate customers on proper usage and maintenance of their appliances.
  

• Coordinate with the service team for spare parts and follow-ups.
  

• Ensure adherence to safety standards and operational procedures.
  

• Provide feedback to the service manager on recurring issues or product improvements.

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical Electronics Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent.
  

• Proven work experience in the servicing of home appliances (minimum 2 years preferred).
  

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and appliance mechanics.
  

• Ability to read technical manuals wiring diagrams and schematics.
  

• Hands-on experience in repairing appliances like refrigerators washing machines ACs etc.
  

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  

• Ability to handle tools and diagnostic equipment effectively.
  

• Time management and customer relationship handling.
