Job Title: Head of Financial Lines
Location: Riyadh

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking an experienced leader to oversee our Financial Lines business including D&O PI Crime and Cyber insurance products. The successful candidate will drive profitability lead high-performing teams and manage regional operations across MENA and Africa.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability

- Oversee underwriting portfolio management and risk management

- Lead and develop high-performing teams across MENA and Africa

- Foster relationships with key stakeholders including brokers and clients

- Analyze and report on financial performance identifying opportunities for improvement

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Business Finance Law Insurance or related field

- Professional certifications (e.g. ACII CPCU) are desirable

- 15 years of experience in Financial Lines underwriting

- Strong technical knowledge of Financial Lines products and policy wordings

- Significant leadership experience in complex underwriting environments

- Regional operations management experience in MENA and Africa
