We are looking for an enthusiastic organized and people-focused Front Desk Patient Care Coordinator who loves working with people enjoys natural healthcare and takes pride in providing an exceptional patient experience.

Job description

Front Desk- Patient Care Coordinator

Daily Responsibilities include:

Welcome and Check-in/out clients in a friendly and professional manner

Make and Keep Appointments

Process payments copay and deductible

Schedule follow-up appointments

Coordinate provider schedules in local and remote offices

Communication scheduling and organizational skills are significant responsibilities of this position

Communication via in-person phone email and platform systems.

Medical record / chart prep and processing (paper and electronic)

Follow-up to obtain client/insurance/account information as needed

Daily experience with EHR and other software tools. Strong computer skills are required

Daily reporting and operational requirements

Maintain knowledge of insurance plans and billing practices and procedures.

Assist in preparing financial reports for patients as directed

Comfortable in a multi-tasking environment calm diplomatic

Communicate with practice members in a friendly yet confidential manner

Consistent and professional telephone persona
Social media content
Well groomed and dressed for success

Works to provide excellent customer service while adhering to business procedures and policies

A positive attitude working as part of a team

Other Administrative functions as necessary or directed

This is a standing position must be able to stand for duration of shift

We are hiring an experienced customer service-focused individual to perform

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a chiropractic office medical office or healthcare setting required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude
Understanding of insurance verification

Education:

High School Diploma

Schedule:

Evening shifts (12:30-7:30close)
Saturdays (7:30-1)
Mornings starting at 7am

Part time or Full time positions available

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

In 2005 Dr. Matthew Hamilton graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic. He and his wife Rae had been exploring the Cleveland area knowing they wanted to remain close to their support network of friends and family. Rae and her grandmother happened to visit Medina while Dr. Matt was participating in a clinic abroad trip to India. Instantly she loved the feeling of our community. Dr. Matt too fell in love with our family-friendly area. They decided to open Maximum Potential Chiropractic here to support the health of area residents and those in Westlake.

Dr. Matt is joined in practice by a dedicated team of doctors. Together their team has a single goal: to help improve your function.

We believe optimal health is achieved when you are performing at your maximum potential so you can heal and repair to maintain optimal health. It is more than just feeling well. Its about how you are adapting and functioning within your world.
