Farm Manager (Agriculture)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Farm Manager to oversee agricultural operations in Al Qassim Region Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in farming practices crop management and team leadership. This role requires a strategic thinker who can enhance productivity while maintaining sustainable practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily farm operations ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to agricultural best practices.
- Develop and implement crop management plans including planting schedules irrigation fertilization and pest control.
- Monitor and evaluate crop health soil conditions and weather patterns to optimize yield.
- Manage and train farm staff promoting a culture of safety teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of production labor and expenses providing regular reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental standards.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality seeds fertilizers and equipment.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency improvements in farming techniques.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Agriculture Horticulture or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in farm management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of agronomy soil science and farm machinery.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
