ملخص الوظيفة
* Manage daily factory operations and ensure smooth production workflow.
* Supervise and lead maintenance production and operational teams including supervisors and department heads.
* Monitor machinery performance and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
* Ensure production targets quality standards and operational KPIs are achieved.
* Develop and implement operational improvement optimization and automation strategies.
* Oversee production orders operational reporting and process efficiency analysis.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations company policies and operational procedures.
* Coordinate with cross-functional departments to improve overall plant performance.
* Utilize the SAP ERP system for operational planning reporting and resource management.
* Lead and motivate teams while maintaining strong operational discipline and leadership presence.
Requirements
* Bachelors degree in engineering industrial management or any related field.
* Minimum 15 years of experience in industrial manufacturing operations.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
* Previous experience in industrial plants is mandatory.
* SAP ERP system experience is mandatory.
* Strong leadership and people management skills.
* Strong personality with the ability to manage large operational teams.
* Experience in maintenance management production operations machinery handling and process optimisation.
* Knowledge of automation and operational efficiency improvement methodologies is highly preferred.
Required Skills:
