Facilities Management Director – Riyadh Saudi Arabia

Our client is a leading organization operating within the real estate infrastructure and facilities management sector managing large-scale assets and integrated FM operations.

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Management Director to lead strategic and operational FM activities across a complex portfolio ensuring excellence in service delivery asset performance compliance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead integrated Facilities Management operations covering Hard FM Soft FM engineering services maintenance and asset management.
• Develop FM strategies governance frameworks SOPs KPIs and performance improvement initiatives.
• Oversee O&M contracts service providers budgets and contractor performance.
• Drive asset lifecycle management preventive maintenance CAFM/CMMS optimization and operational readiness.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulatory and industry standards.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage key stakeholder relationships.

Requirements:

• 15 years of experience in Facilities Management Asset Management Engineering Operations or related fields.
• Proven leadership experience managing large-scale FM operations and multi-site portfolios.
• Strong background in Hard & Soft FM O&M contracts asset lifecycle planning and vendor management.
• Engineering degree preferred (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil) with relevant FM certifications (CFM PMP etc.) advantageous.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia/GCC is required.
