Job Description:
1. ERP Implementation and Configuration:
o Analyze business requirements and configure ERP HCM modules to meet organizational
needs.
o Participate in endtoend implementation projects including requirements gathering
design testing and deployment.
2. Process Optimization:
o Recommend and implement best practices for HR processes such as payroll
recruitment performance management and employee selfservice.
o Collaborate with HR and IT teams to streamline workflows and ensure e
