Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of e-commerce fulfillment customers.

Build strong customer relationships and understand business requirements. Monitor KPIs and SLAs and ensure service levels are achieved.

Lead WBRs MBRs and QBRs.

Coordinate with Operations Transportation Inventory IT and Customer Service teams. Analyze operational data and provide recommendations.

Support onboarding and implementation of new customers. Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Support account growth opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience Bachelors

• Degree in Supply Chain Logistics Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Fulfillment Warehousing Logistics or Account Management.
• Technical Knowledge Order Fulfillment Inventory Management WMS Last Mile Operations E-commerce Platforms.
• KPIs Customer Satisfaction SLA Achievement Customer Retention Account Growth Order Fulfillment Performance and Inventory Accuracy
