Job Title: Customer Care Intern

Location: Riyadh Roshan Front

Department: Customer Care KSA

Duration: 6 months

Key Responsibilities

Assist in tracking and updating order status using pre-prepared non-sensitive reports.

Support the team in preparing daily and weekly operational summaries.

Coordinate with internal teams (e.g. logistics warehouse customer care) for status follow-ups.

Help maintain organized documentation and filing of operational records.

Support in preparing presentations and reports for internal meetings.

Perform general administrative tasks as required by the Customer Care team

Qualifications & Skills

Business fluency in English and Arabic

Highly organized

Experience with and proficiency using SAP and the Microsoft Office suite of products (Excel Powerpoint Outlook)

Minimum education level: University (Bachelors Degree)

A completed a degree in English Business Administration Supply chain Logistics or a related field

Strong attention to detail and leading skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Word

Ability to handle tasks with confidentiality and professionalism

Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
