ملخص الوظيفة
- Manage all contractual and commercial aspects of the project
- Handle claims variations and contractual correspondence
- Review and negotiate contracts with clients and subcontractors
- Monitor project costs risks and commercial performance
- Support project leadership in dispute resolution and cost control
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Quantity Surveying or related field
- 1015 years experience in contracts/commercial roles
- Contracting / construction industry experience is mandatory
- Strong experience in GCC/KSA construction environment
- Solid knowledge of FIDIC contracts claims and variations
- Experience in building / fit-out / MEP projects preferred

The candidate should be residing in KSA and has a valid iqama.
