Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage catering operations for high-end café and coffee brands.
Drive excellence in service delivery across events outlets and large-scale operations.
Develop catering strategies that enhance customer experience and brand reputation.
Coordinate with café outlets to ensure seamless execution of catering services.
Desired Profile:
Proven background in catering management with a strong link to coffee/café industry.
Hands-on experience in managing catering for coffee outlets or café-style F&B concepts.
Strong leadership operational and customer service skills.
Ability to deliver premium experiences in line with global standards.
