Barista

Responsibilities:

• Craft a wide range of specialty coffee beverages including espresso-based drinks pour-overs and cold brews adhering to standardized recipes and our elevated hospitality standards
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of our coffee menu including origins flavor profiles and brewing methods to educate and guide guests
• Operate and maintain high-end espresso machines grinders and other coffee equipment with precision and care
• Provide exceptional guest service creating a welcoming atmosphere in line with our luxury environment
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to health and safety regulations
• Manage inventory of coffee supplies and handle cash transactions accurately
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on industry trends and improve barista skills
• Support opening and closing procedures and assist in developing seasonal drink specials

Qualifications :

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in coffee brewing techniques
• Adequate knowledge of various coffee beans and their distinct flavor profiles
• Experience in operating espresso machines and other brewing equipment
• Aptitude for providing high-quality customer service
• Excellent communication skills
