Audiovisual AV Technician

BMC College is currently seeking experienced and dedicated Audiovisual (AV) Technicians to join our technical team. The successful candidates will be responsible for setting up operating and maintaining audiovisual equipment in classrooms auditoriums and meeting rooms across the campus.

This position requires availability during weekdays evenings and weekends to support scheduled college events and functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install configure and operate a variety of AV equipment including LCD projectors speakers televisions video monitors and cameras.
  

• Set up and maintain AV support systems such as equipment racks.
  

• Perform basic electrical wiring programming and construction work related to AV installations.
  

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to sound and video systems.
  

• Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and is maintained in good condition.
  

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in audiovisual technology.
  
• Strong technical knowledge and handson experience in CCTV installation and maintenance.
  
• Diploma or higher in Audiovisual Technology or a related technical field.
  
• Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing highquality technical support.
