Where Youll Make a Difference
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and in person with accuracy and professionalism.
Provide product/service information and resolve basic customer issues or escalate when needed.
Maintain customer records and update databases with accurate information.
Support customer onboarding followups and satisfaction surveys.
Coordinate with sales operations and support teams to ensure timely customer responses.
Prepare reports presentations and documentation as requested by management.
Assist with data entry filing and maintaining organized digital and physical records.
Support procurement activities such as requesting quotations tracking orders and coordinating with suppliers.
Assist in organizing company events meetings and internal communications.
Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment.
What Makes You the Right Fit
You are a professional with an administration background
Higher Qualification BA in HR related field or administration background
3-5 Years experience
You are fluent in English language
