A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Manage daily inbound and outbound logistics activities to ensure on-time and accurate order fulfilment.
• Coordinate transportation and warehouse operations with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
• Monitor inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts reconciliations and inventory control activities.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies shipment issues and operational exceptions.
• Track logistics KPIs and prepare operational reports to identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies quality standards and regulatory requirements for medical devices.
• Support stock transfers product launches and supply chain improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Planning Procurement Finance Quality and Commercial teams to ensure operational excellence.
• Participate in process improvement projects to optimize logistics performance cost and service levels.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support internal and external audits.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in supply chain management Logistics Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 24 years of experience in logistics supply chain warehouse operations or inventory management.
• Experience working with ERP systems preferably SAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data analysis reporting and dashboard development.
• Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of warehouse operations inventory control and transportation processes with familiarity in Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and working within regulated environments. Experience managing or coordinating with third-party logistics (3PL) providers is essential. The candidate should also demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset strong attention to detail and the ability to support efficient compliant and high-quality supply chain operations.
