ARCHITECTURAL BIM COORDINATOR

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit ACC and Navisworks.
• Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines and resolve design and coordination issues.
• Identify manage and resolve clashes to ensure coordinated and construction-ready BIM models.
• Support the preparation of construction/shop drawings and BIM deliverables.
• Ensure BIM models and deliverables comply with project BIM standards LOD requirements and the BIM Execution Plan.
• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of BIM outputs.

Key Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of relevant experience as an Architectural BIM Coordinator.
• Proven experience in steel structure projects is required.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Navisworks.
• Good understanding of BIM coordination clash detection LOD requirements and BIM workflows.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary project environments.
• Bachelors degree/diploma in Architecture Engineering or a relevant discipline.
