  • Build and manage long-term professional relationships with partners and clients.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the companys services and present and explain them persuasively.
  • Manage the daily operations of accounts follow up on cases and escalate them until resolved.
  • Conduct regular visits to strategic partners and strengthen relationships.
  • Prepare reports and track account performance indicators (KPIs).


    • Requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and work under pressure.
  • Preferably previous experience in account management customer success or project management.
