Warehouse Packer

About the Role

We are looking for a diligent Warehouse Packer to securely accurately and efficiently prepare picked items for shipment in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack orders according to specifications including box size padding and labeling.
• Inspect items for damage or defects before packing.
• Seal label and stage packages for dispatch.
• Maintain accurate packing records and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Ensure packing materials are adequately stocked and used efficiently.
• Follow quality and safety standards.
• Meet daily packing targets/KPIs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 12 years of logistics/warehouse experience (mandatory).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Basic knowledge of packing materials and shipping requirements.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work shifts including weekends when required.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.
