- Greet and assist visitors with orientation information ticketing and bookings.
- Manage crowds queues luggage visitor numbers and surveys.
- Enforce gallery rules and distribute visitor materials.
- Assist disabled/special-needs visitors.
- Support events and education programs.
Requirements:
- School-leaver qualification or above.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service or museum experience.
- Arabic and English communication is mandatory.
- Qatar/GCC nationals preferred.
- First Aid certification is an advantage.
