Must be able to read write and speak English (Mandatory)
Physically fit and able to work in high-temperature industrial plant conditions
Basic understanding of steel production and rolling mill operations
Knowledge of safety procedures and PPE usage in industrial sites
Valid Qatar ID preferred
Immediate availability preferred

Requirements
Assist operators and technicians in rolling mill operations
Support in handling raw materials billets rods and steel products
Perform material movement loading unloading and stacking activities
Assist in machine setup basic adjustment and operational support
Carry out housekeeping and cleaning of work area and machinery
Support in gas cutting slinging hammering and material preparation tasks
Follow all safety rules PPE requirements and HSE standards
Report any equipment faults hazards or abnormalities to supervisors
Assist in maintenance support activities during shutdown or breakdowns
Coordinate with team members for smooth production flow in rolling operations
Required Skills:
Physical Fitness: Ability to lift carry and move heavy materials; work in confined or elevated spaces. Experience: Previous experience in insulation work is an advantage but not always required for helper roles. Knowledge: Basic understanding of insulation materials tools and techniques (training is usually provided for helpers). Team Player: Willingness to work under supervision and assist skilled workers. Work Conditions: Comfortable working in cold environments outdoors or at heights. Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions; basic understanding of workplace safety signs and labels.
