ملخص الوظيفة

Responsible for overall accountability for the contract including service delivery SLA and KPI performance resourcing commercial performance governance major-incident escalation OEM management risk management and transition activities. Acts as the primary interface between the service provider and MATAR.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Engineering IT or related field.

Postgraduate qualification is an advantage.

Minimum 12 years of experience in ICT/ELV service delivery.

Experience leading a large multi-system 24x7 maintenance or managed-services contract of comparable scale.

PMP or PgMP certification.

ITIL Expert / ITIL Managing Professional certification.

Airport or mission-critical operations experience is strongly preferred.

Strong leadership stakeholder-management commercial and service-governance capabilities.
