ملخص الوظيفة
Inspection: Inspect welding piping and mechanical installations.
Material Verification: Check materials consumables and welding electrodes against approved specifications.
Testing: Witness hydrostatic pneumatic and NDT tests.
Documentation: Maintain inspection reports test certificates and compliance records.
NCR Handling: Identify nonconformances and report corrective actions.
Safety Compliance: Ensure inspections are conducted safely and in line with HSE standards.
- B.E/B. Tech Mechanical
- Minimum 12-15 years of Oil & Gas Petrochemical Fertilizers industry in Quality control & Assurance (5-7 year GCC Exp is must).
- Experienced in managing a team of QC Engineers & Inspectors.
- Shutdown/Turnarounds experience is an added advantage.
- Experienced in Field installation of Piping Structural Steel Tanks Welding.
- CSWIP 3.2.2 /EWE/IWE IRCA ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor.
