IT Infrastructure and Support Engineer

The IT Infrastructure and Support Engineer is responsible for implementing maintaining securing and improving the organizations IT infrastructure and cybersecurity environment to ensure reliable secure and continuous IT services supporting 24/7/365 airport Baggage Handling System (BHS) operations.

The position provides hands-on technical support across server infrastructure virtualization storage backup and recovery network infrastructure endpoint security system monitoring and cybersecurity. The role will also support IT infrastructure projects system upgrades technology implementations security enhancements and IT/OT initiatives while ensuringminimal disruption to business-critical operations.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Computer
Engineering Network Engineering or a related discipline. 

Professional Experience
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure administration systems engineering or IT operations.
Practical experience managing enterprise server virtualization storage backup and network environments.
Experience implementing infrastructure upgrades system migrations security hardening and technology improvement projects.
Hands-on experience with cybersecurity operations vulnerability remediation patch management and infrastructure security controls.
Experience supporting business-critical or 24/7 operational environments is highly desirable.
Exposure to airport systems baggage handling systems industrial environments or IT/OT infrastructure is an advantage.
