ملخص الوظيفة
Lead scaffolding crews assign tasks and monitor daily activities.
Enforce HSE standards conduct toolbox talks and ensure scaffolds meet safety regulations.
Inspect scaffolding structures for stability load capacity and compliance with CISRS/NOC standards.
Liaise with site engineers supervisors and contractors to provide safe access solutions.
Maintain scaffolding permits inspection checklists and daily activity logs.
Guide scaffolders on best practices and corrective measures.
Address site issues defects and ensure scaffolds are modified safely when required.
Diploma / Technical Certificate in Civil / Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
Certified Scaffolding Supervisor / Foreman (CISRS or equivalent).
Valid Qatar government approvals for scaffolding works.
Minimum 57 years scaffolding experience including supervisory roles.
