ملخص الوظيفة
- Lead insulation teams allocate manpower and monitor daily activities.
Supervise application of insulation on piping vessels ducts and equipment.
Enforce HSE standards conduct toolbox talks and ensure safe work practices.
Verify insulation materials thickness cladding and workmanship against project specifications.
Liaise with site engineers contractors and QA/QC inspectors to resolve technical issues.
Maintain daily progress reports inspection records and manpower logs.
Address site issues defects and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Diploma / Technical Certificate in Mechanical / Industrial trades (preferred).
Certified Insulation Foreman / Supervisor with valid Qatar government approvals.
Minimum 57 years insulation experience including supervisory roles in oil & gas or construction projects.
