Roles and Responsibilities:

Execute procurement operations for goods and services in accordance with the organization’s policies.
Ensure obtaining the best prices and quality in line with the budget.
Draft procurement contracts and ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations.
Review contracts to guarantee clarity of terms and protect the organization’s interests.
Negotiate prices payment terms and delivery schedules.
Build long-term relationships with reliable suppliers.
Adhere to integrity and transparency policies throughout all procurement stages.
Ensure contracts comply with humanitarian standards and charitable objectives.
Assess risks associated with suppliers and contracts.
Develop contingency plans to avoid supply disruptions.
Collaborate with other departments to identify needs.
Provide periodic reports on contract and procurement status to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Law or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management or procurement preferably in the nonprofit sector.
Good knowledge of local and international contract laws.
Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
Proficiency in procurement management systems and office software.
Fluency in Arabic and English.
Previous experience with Supply Chain Management modules preferably in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Experience in negotiating and concluding Purchase Agreements.
Understanding of the Three-Way Matching mechanism to ensure accuracy in procurement processes.
