ملخص الوظيفة

Install operate inspect and maintain split package ducted and other air-conditioning systems.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance including cleaning filters coils drains and checking refrigerant levels.
Diagnose and repair mechanical electrical refrigerant and control-system faults.
Maintain service records report equipment issues and follow applicable HSE procedures.

Requirements

ITI Technical Certificate or Diploma in HVAC / Air Conditioning / Mechanical field.

Minimum 25 years of relevant AC maintenance and repair experience.

Good knowledge of refrigeration cycles compressors condensers evaporators thermostats and electrical controls.

Ability to troubleshoot AC systems and use standard HVAC tools and testing equipment.

Experience in commercial residential or industrial HVAC maintenance is preferred.
