Job Description

• The main role is to identify and approach potential clients and projects.
• Meeting regular sales targets
• Will directly contribute to acquiring new projects for the company.
• Calculating client quotations
• Shall generate and engage to acquire new business partners to build new business for the company.
• Identifies new leads and/or clients.
• Build relationships with new clients, consultants and designers
• Attend meetings, conferences and industry-related events.
• Report daily visits and weekly, monthly and quarterly on market situation including ongoing and prospective projects under his responsibilities and competitors’ prices to evaluate company position.

Job Requirements

• Preferred Degree in Architecture/Fine Arts
• Sound Knowledge of Marketing and Business Strategies.
• Sound Knowledge of construction with an emphasis on finishing
• Sound knowledge of design, drawings and material.
