Job description Sales manager :

We are currently hiring for the position of Sales Manager in Real Estate Business. We are looking forward to a candidate who is having experience in sales and must be aware of Noida Locations and Real Estate projects.


KRA:

1. Interacting with the client on a regular basis to keep up with the changing tastes and preferences of the client.
2. Managing conflict and coming up with effective negotiation and sale strategies for the team.
3. Taking the proper feedback form the client and helping the operations team in service up-gradation
4. Lead & Supervise Real Estate Sales Team and stay informed about the latest changes in the industry.
5. Responsible for communicating with the client over phone and social media platforms.
6. Understanding the requirements of the clients and arranging the site visits for Closures.
7. Developing sales strategies and visualising the set targets till the accomplishment.
8. Strong sales acumen with good sense and adaptation to organise culture.

Requirements:

1. Educational Qualification: MBA
2. Good communication, presentation and networking Skills to enhance customer base.
3. Excellence in sales and marketing with a positive attitude and team playing ability.
4. Own vehicle mandatory (Car/Bike).
5. Out of the box thinker and deliver for self and the team

FIXED SALARY: 2.5-5 LPA + Lucrative Incentives
