UX Designer -

Note: This role requires candidates to be available during PST hours and offers a fully remote work arrangement.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and craft usercentric experiences aimed at enhancing customer value.
• Communicate design concepts through various mediums including user flows information architecture diagrams sketches wireframes storyboards and highfidelity mockups.
• Develop functional prototypes to validate design ideas.
• Engage in Design Reviews and exemplify best practices in giving and receiving feedback.
• Collaborate with fellow designers and trifecta partners to champion design thinking principles fostering crossfunctional collaboration to realize vision and strategy.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Possess 35 years of pertinent commercial software experience demonstrating proficiency in humancentered design methods and practices with a focus on datadriven design to address customer challenges.
• Ability to present solutions across various fidelity levels from lowlevel wireframes or mockups to highfidelity conceptual visuals and wireframes as well as technical documents and diagrams.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively with input from stakeholders leadership and teammates.
• Demonstrated collaboration skills with development teams and product managers to deliver valuable solutions that meet user needs.
• Current knowledge of humancentered design best practices including expertise in user research methods such as interviews and usability testing.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Strong problemsolving abilities and experience in leading projects from concept to implementation.
