Utilities Maintenance Engineer

About the Job

• Coordinating & Conducting the operation and preventive maintenance on HVAC, all water treatment units, boilers, Compressed air units their related equipment, Participating in assessing contractors work through conducting inspections on heating, ventilation and air-conditioning units, while ensuring water treatment processes and performance are in compliance with set standards of safety & quality
• Following up water treatment units including di-ionised water, Purified water & wastewater and their related processes
• Following up on boilers and steam distribution network systems maintenance
• Coordinating with labs on performing daily water tests and following up on lab results
• Conducting inspections on heating, ventilation and air-conditioning units to ensure their efficient operation
• Ensuring the installation of HVAC system in accordance with designs and set specifications
• Performing preventive maintenance on HVAC units and equipment
• Repairing or replacing worn out HVAC parts and equipment
• Coordinating the procuring of all needed supplies with the purchasing function and ensuringmaintaining a sufficient inventory of consumables and spare parts
• Follow up maintenance records and following up on maintenance technicians needs & performing daily reviews of BMS data and plot graphs
• Ensuring water treatment processes are in compliance with set safety and quality standards

Job Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in operation & maintenance of Boilers, Chillers, and compressed air equipments
• Ability to organize, oversee and fine-tune processes, while scheduling and developing efficient workflow at the site is necessary.
• Experience from 2-4 years in Utilities, preferred in FMCG, Pharmaceutical & Cosmetics industrie
