Job Description
- Mandarin is required as to handle calls with mandrin speaking enquiries.
- Idendify prospective clients and arrange for pitch meetings.
- Work with the tour operations team to plan the clients' custom travel itineraries.
- Prepare tour proposals, negotiate and close deals with clients.
- Strong ability to handle clients' objections and must able to up sell.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and client relationships and ensure that the clients's needs are met.
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Handling ad-hoc unforeseen travel problems and after-sales customer queries / complaints.
- Provide suggestions and advice on travel documents, travel advisories, travel requirements, import and export regulations and travel insurance.
- Achieve sales targets in relation to the company's business plan. Monitor sales progress, sales report preparation and recap with HOD and management periodically.
- Keep abreast and up to date on competitor and travel trends.
