Job Description

• Working With departments to identify training needs and preparing TNA.
• Coordinating external & internal training as the need arises.
• Delivering, developing &tracking the capability framework program.
• Coordinate delivering HR training sessions.
• Coordinateonline training courses for targeted trainees.
• Suggest alternative cost-effective training courses.
• Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• +5 years of experience.
• Certified TOT. (is a must).
• Excellent command of English skills.
• Good knowledge of talent management and succession planning.
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…).
• Ready to conduct E-learning training.
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
• Ability to work long hours and withstand the pressures of work.
