Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a Telesales Team Lead located in Cairo, Egypt. The Telesales Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the team's day-to-day operations, managing and motivating the team, and resolving customer issues. Additionally, the Telesales Team Lead will be responsible for driving sales performance and providing effective sales coaching. The Telesales Team Lead will also be required to develop and implement sales strategies and support the sales team as needed.
Qualifications - Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience in team management and leadership
- Proven sales experience and ability to achieve sales targets
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Ability to train and coach team members to improve performance and meet sales goals
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in a similar role is preferred
